Do you charge extra for travelling between venues?
No, it's included in the package. The only time we may charge additional travel costs would be for weddings outside a 75 mile radius of Selby, or on our worldwide weddings. Please contact us with details of your wedding, including date and location so we can prepare your bespoke quotation.
Will you stay until the first dance?
Our standard package is from bridal preparation through to speeches as it forms a nice cut off point for everyone. However, if you want us to hang on for a couple more hours, we will be happy to. And because you are already effectively buying our time for two weeks' full time work, another couple of hours isn't really going to make much difference!

Our standard service is that we are with you from bridal preparations right through to sitting down for your meal/speeches. Approx 8-10 hours.
Have you been to our venue before?
With the thousands of fabulous wedding venues out there, it is quite possible that we may not have shot a wedding at your venue. However, rest assured that Jackie will conduct a reccie of your venue(s) a couple of weeks prior to your wedding to find all those beautiful nooks and crannies to get fabulous photos of you, and to identify the best places to get the bigger group shots, etc. We always wait until a couple of weeks before, so we can see what flowers and trees are currently in bloom, assess the light levels and directions, and so the venue is unlikely to have changed significantly between our reccie and your wedding.

Do you do evening coverage?
For weddings with over 100 evening guests, we can offer an evening photography package. It's quite special, ask Jackie for more details when you book.
Who chooses the photos for the album?
Usually, it's you, but if you want us to do it (and some people do), we are happy to.
We will prepare the long-list, and will also prepare a baseline album layout with our favourite images ready for your viewing. However, this is just the starting point, you are free to make changes to your heart's content. We won't send the album to print until you are completely happy with the layout and give us the go ahead.
Who owns the copyright of the images?
The copyright of all images is retained by the photographer. However, if you purchase the DVD of images, we will include a license for you to use the images for personal use only.
Can our guests view our images online after the wedding?
Yes! We will set up a secure password-protected section of our website for your guests to view and order images from your wedding online. On your wedding day, we will give you 250 custom made business cards with the login details for you to pass on to your guests. Of course, the page will not be live until after you have viewed the images first!
How long does it take to get the album?
After you return from your honeymoon, we will arrange a viewing day with you to see your images and select your favourites for your album. Once you have confirmed that you are happy with the layout of the album(s), it takes around 8-10 weeks for the album to be completed and delivered back to us.
